On their way to the Farm Progress Show in Decatur, IL., a group of over 50 Brazillian farmers and agriculture professionals made a stop in Madison County to tour Heepke Farms. They learned about horseradish production as well as grain production. Horseradish is not grown in Brazil so the agri-tourists were intrigued to learn about the process and equipment, and were also eager to learn about grain production practices native to the Midwest.
